My name is Kate Usher and I’m a menopause and organisational culture specialist. I’m a speaker, trainer and coach. I work with organisations that want to both attract and retain brilliant women throughout their career. I increase awareness within your organisation, deliver skills through coaching and training to leaders, managers and individuals, and develop policies and guidelines that have a positive outcome. I work in the tricky area of encompassing culture, behaviour, communication and language. I get to the heart of bias and stereotypes, and create and adapt processes and approaches to enable change. It isn’t.You can engage all employees.You can create a culture where women choose to stay and do great work and others choose to join.Over the last eight years while active in menopause and gender equity, I have worked with some of the biggest organisations in the world right through to boutique investment firms, approaching each with a similarly flexible and comprehensive approach to their unique environment.I worked in FTSE 100 organisations for nearly 20years. I was a global project manager at Exec -2, managing diverse teams across four continents. I understand both the complexity and the pressures of corporate life. I have written two books and have been a coach for over 16 years and know what it takes to succeed as an individual and as a team.
