Oversee programs providing employment, education, housing, case management, mental health, and linkage to other social services to individuals involved in the justice system, including the SECTOR job training program, the Breaking Barriers rapid re-housing and employment program, Reentry Interim Housing program, POWR case management and housing program for women, and the College & Career community college program.

-Established the reentry workforce and education team, providing employment, education, housing, civic engagement, and other social services to individuals impacted by the justice system.-Secured grant funding for reentry programming delivered through contracted community-based organizations, including $38 million over six years from the California Proposition 47 Grant Program.-Designed and launched the Skills and Experience for the Careers of Tomorrow or "SECTOR" program, providing demand-driven skills training and paid work experience in sectors that provide career pathway opportunities and family-sustaining wages for people impacted by the justice system, serving 600 participants annually.

-Led teams of analysts and experts providing onsite technical assistance to state leaders in Alabama and Arkansas implementing legislation through the Justice Reinvestment Initiative to reduce corrections spending and improve public safety.-Managed technical assistance strategy, budget, and staff resources to support community corrections agencies with implementing policy reforms and evidence-based practices for reducing recidivism.-Collaborated with Arkansas’s Office of the Governor and state behavioral health agency on astatewide strategy to divert people with mental illness from county jails and connect them totreatment through the implementation of four pilot crisis stabilization units and crisis interventiontraining for law enforcement officers.-Presented to state legislators, agency principles, Governor’s Office executives, and other leaders on implementation performance measures, including trends in the prison population compared to projections.-Coordinated strategy to engage county-level stakeholders including law enforcement, judges, prosecutors, victim and community advocates on local policy implementation and provide training on justice reinvestment legislation.-Managed the submission of a $500,000 grant request to the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance to fulfill capacity-building needs for state agencies, including staff training in evidence-based supervision practices and data tracking system enhancements.

-Oversaw initiatives to improve effectiveness of Workforce1 Career Center employment services and increase job matching rates for NYC’s career one-stop system.-Managed partnership with the NYC Mayor's Office of Housing Recovery Operations to launch the Sandy Recovery Workforce1 Program, a Community Development Block Grant-funded initiative to connect residents impacted by Hurricane Sandy with rebuilding and construction jobs in Coney Island, Brooklyn, Far Rockaway, Queens, and the South Shore of Staten Island.-Led team of Operations Managers to monitor and support performance towards contractual placement goals, roll out career center policy and programmatic changes, and oversee day-to-day operations of 15 career center locations.-Developed proposals and selected consultants to create career development curricula customized to the healthcare, accommodations and food service, and retail sectors.-Supported projects to develop career center staff tools and services tailored to the needs of foreign-born and veteran jobseekers.-Initiated and coordinated a monthly training and professional development series for career center staff featuring speakers from city agencies and community-based organizations presenting on addressing barriers to employment and serving special jobseeker populations.

-Managed performance-based contracts with Workforce1 Career Center vendors to support the achievement of over 3,000 job placements per year.-Conducted regular site visits to evaluate operations and service delivery and identify and address resource constraints.-Led performance reviews and strategic planning meetings with SBS and vendor leadership and coordinated with teams across SBS’s Workforce Development Division to provide technical assistance to centers.-Partnered with NYC Housing Authority and Department of Parks and Recreation to plan and oversee Hurricane Sandy National Emergency Grant hiring events and with Bed Stuy Restoration on Barclays Center hiring events.

-Coordinated public programming, including two weekly music series and a grand opening celebration of the Albee Square public plaza.-Provided marketing and promotional support to small businesses and cultural organizations, including producing 5,000 brochures highlighting beauty services in the district.

Served on 4 person team of NYU Wagner graduate candidates to develop performance measurement and evaluation tools for a Brooklyn-based legal services organization.

-Led five discussion sessions for core graduate course in management taught by Professors Joe Magee, Amit Nigam, Sara Grant, and Mark Gaige.-Managed and advised students on semester long team project and term paper.-Assisted in developing course syllabi and designing individual assignments and team project deliverables.

-Researched and implemented targeted marketing strategies for the Celebrate Brooklyn! Outdoor Performance Arts festival's diverse performances in music, dance, and film.-Oversaw online promotional campaigns and coordinated interactive audience engagement techniques during all 26 performances.-Wrote artist profiles for weekly performance programs.

-Developed strategy to recruit 2,000 volunteers and entertainment groups for annual Walk for Hunger-Initiated year-round volunteer referral program connecting supporters to opportunities with Project Bread-funded food programs across Massachusetts.-Supervised full-time undergraduate student intern to assist with volunteer recruitment.-Managed $100,000 Holiday Card Fundraising Campaigns targeting corporate and retail customers and partners.

-Completed 1700 hours of team-based national service in disaster relief, environmental conservation, and adult education.-Co-founded and served on the Gulf Liaison Team, an inter-campus team coordinating communication between program staff and 30 teams performing Hurricane Katrina disaster relief in Louisiana.-Awarded the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award by the President’s Council on Service & Civic Participation for completing over 500 hours of volunteer service.
