I'm a Talent Specialist for CX, UX & Service Design, working with Aquent Australia.Roles include UX/UI Design, Product, UX Research, CX Design, Service Design, HCD, Chapter Leads, Visual Design & more!I connect with, & support candidates who are looking for work, want market insights, or need support with career progression.I work with candidates of all experience & skill level and provide inroads to roles across Australia (onsite & remote).My role is purely candidate focused – allowing me to objectively provide talent with market insights, career progression support, industry event information and client / studio recommendations.My role complements our client-facing teams – encompassing inhouse studios, consultancies, corporates, startups, agencies, public and private sector clients, of all sizes; in addition to our highly specialised outsource solutions.Our placements range across all durations & workforce solutions – from freelance & contract bookings, to temp-to-perm & permanent roles; right through to highly specialised project teams.Being purely candidate focused allows me to objectively provide talent with visibility of all human-centred design (HCD) related opportunities across our Australian business. In turn, this means our clients have access to all the best talent — it's a win-win and part of the reason our candidates regularly become our clients, and our clients become our candidates.I'm a self-confessed geek – love hearing about innovation, connected ecosystems, complex HCD solutions and challenging business problem solving.
