Leading global corporate communications for Abercrombie & Fitch. Responsibilities include all corporate reputation programs, executive communications, media relations, issues and crisis management, and internal and stakeholder communications.

Responsible for global executive and corporate communications. Leads international corporate affairs teams in Europe and Asia, serves as the communications lead for the company’s transformation efforts to become more a brand-led, digitally enabled and diversified business, drives LS&Co.'s workplace corporate narrative and currently is an executive communications partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer. Additionally, manages corporate channels and content including intranet, corporate website, external blog and social properties.

Responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate affairs work in Europe—executive visibility, corporate reputation, media relations, community affairs, crisis response and issues management, and internal communications. Partnered directly with European President to align regional communications programs with business objectives and commercial priorities. Additionally led key social impact programs including the company's efforts to support refugees and its internal women's leadership initiative.

Led the development and implementation of strategic global internal communications programs that supported LS&Co.’s business during a critical time of transformation. With a focus on employee engagement, recognition and change communications, created new programs and channels to connect employees with their leaders, increase confidence, instill pride and strengthen commitment to the company’s strategy.

Managed internal and external communications to support Visa’s global sales teams and strengthen relationships with its financial institution clients and merchant partners. Also led key corporate reputation initiatives, including managing the company’s engagement at the World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos.

Served as a Corporate Communications lead for creation and execution of customer communication strategies and messaging during crisis incidents.Transitioned from traditional crisis communications to a role on the SmartMeter team when a need for customer education and regulator outreach on the program was identified. Overhauled the customer and community outreach strategy for PG&E’s $2.2 billion SmartMeter program to clearly explain the new technology to customers and other external stakeholders to successfully position the program as a tool customers can use to better manage their energy use and costs.

Served as main point of contact for the Maryland Department of Agriculture's response to media and external stakeholders on a full range of agricultural, environmental and rural development issues and crisis situations including: food safety, animal disease outbreaks, land preservation, invasive species and environmental impacts of agricultural production.

Worked with faculty from top-ranked University of Maryland, Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice as part of the Maryland Sentencing Commission, to summarize and prepare critical research for external distribution through press releases, briefing documents and informational reports to the Maryland General Assembly to inform and help shape effective criminal sentencing public policy.
