I spent 13 years in sales, primarily within the logistics field, doing everything I could to advance my career up the "corporate ladder". After experiencing some instability at a previous employer, I came to realize that working for someone else wasn't going to provide the security, nor flexibility that I needed for myself and our family. That’s when my journey as an entrepreneur began. At the beginning of 2014, I started my own business, which allowed me to walk away from my position as a Learning & Development Manager in the fall of 2015.Since then, I’ve been spending my time educating customers on award-winning products, while building and training a team of dynamic professionals around the world to create their own businesses and realize their own dreams through entrepreneurship. In 2016, I aided my husband and his brother in the launch of their logistics company and I now oversee all aspects of that company's culture from a people-first mentality. I truly believe in a culture that promotes passion + purpose over power + position, and aim to make that our intention on a daily basis.My true passion and driving force are our three children ages nine, seven, and five. They keep me pushing, and doing the "scary" things. I love connecting with like-minded professionals who have a passion for life, and are willing to work towards more than their current situation is offering.
