Worked with the founding team to shape and grow Studiospace, an online B2B marketplace, giving clients 'on-demand' access to specialist digital and marketing services in Australia and APAC.In true start-up style I wore many hats in this role! My primary responsibility was initiating, onboarding and developing key clients relationships whilst helping to shape and grow our agency network. Leveraging my experience in brand and communications, I also worked closely with the founding team to evolve and sharpen our business proposition, brand identity and narrative as the business developed and matured. Other areas of involvement and contribution included product design support, content marketing and event planning and delivery.

Led the expansion of Hardhat into the Sydney market, supporting existing clients and growing the agency's national footprint.

Working with Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team to lead the development and delivery of WPPs Horizontality strategy across the ANZ region. Development of key client relationships, the creation and support of bespoke WPP Team Models and supporting collaboration across 80+ operating companies.

I was was one of the two founders of the Australian Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and continue to be deeply committed to the development of this essential movement.

Founded and led Human, a boutique strategy/creative agency specialising in internal brand development, culture transformation, CX/EX design and more. Driven by a core purpose of 'making business more human' the agency led the way in applying world-class strategic and creative thinking to the way that organisations connect and communicate with their people. Clients included: Accor Hotels, BT Financial Group, Westpac, Meat & Livestock Australia (Target 100), Medibank, Vodafone, Westfield.

Responsible for office of 90 staff and the leadership of key local and global client relationships including Kelloggs, Vodafone, HSBC, Samsung. Promoted into role to help drive cultural transformation from a TV-centric agency reliant on globally aligned multi-national clients to one that was creatively driven and focused on delivering effective, integrated ideas-based work for clients.

Led a dedicated 'agency within an agency' of 15 people for Vodafone responsible for integrated communications delivery across brand strategy advertising, retail communications, digital & direct. Consolidated fragmented activity into cohesive communications framework and focused brand strategy driving significant growth in key brand metrics and unprecedented growth in customer acquisitions.Worked with client to develop integrated planning process used by all agency partners to deliver campaigns that were seamlessly integrated across all customer touchpoints.

Led the Compaq team for FCB in Australia as part of global network appointment. Built and managed a cross-functional team including account management, strategy, creative, media, digital & direct. Moved to lead the integrated team for Samsung and Perpetual Investments.
