Vacancy and candidate management * Coordination and administration of experienced hire recruitment initiatives across a wide board of business areas including: Financial Advisory Services (FAS) – Forensics, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance; Risk Advisory Services (RAS) – Government Advisory, IT Advisory; Sales & Marketing (non client-facing), Infrastructure (non client-facing), LEC – Indirect Tax & Private Tax; Senior Hire - Forensics (Partner & Director candidates),Graduate Recruitment. * Arranging interviews - this will include extensive liaison with line managers, agencies and candidates across USA. * Help to ensure the whole recruitment process runs efficiently, by developing close relationships with both the internal recruiting line managers and the external supplying agencies.

* Recruitment administrator supporting Financial Services, Audit, Entrepreneurial Wealth Services and Life Actuarial departments * Arranging interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies and direct candidates * Booking interviews into Partners and Senior Managers diaries * Uploading CV’s and job descriptions onto the in-house database, Brassring * Sending out online assessment tests to candidates and informing them of their results * Running daily reports on the activity of live vacancies * Dealing with overseas candidates and arranging their accommodation and any queries they had * Coding invoices * Preparing offer letters

This was a 6 months temporary contract to assist Graduate intake in all professional services areas, as part of the greater Human Resources Department. This role involves both recruitment and event management functions.
