- Hired as a consultant to review existing processes and provide recommendations for revenue and commercial improvements. Subsequently hired as a full time employee to deliver on these recommendations- Completed openings and mergers of properties- Tendered, negotiated and implemented a complete PMS change across the group, with other key commercial projects currently in pipeline (new booking engine, improved distribution and pricing strategy)- Implemented commercial & revenue management strategies, operations, procedures and best practices across the brand- Built and maintained effective working relationships with VLE central departments, Hotels and all other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective revenue management strategies- Responsible for three Reservations offices, located in London, New York and Johannesburg, providing services for 8 properties

- Support the 39 operating Hotels and 5 pre-opening Hotels in EMEA - Support cross functional planning of multiple functions to ensure timely delivery of all projects or planned Hotel openings- Work with Owners and other stakeholders to assess feasibility of Portfolio occurrences by preparing / reviewing ROIs, Legal agreements, costs of renovation and make recommendations- Support Capital Renovations for operating hotels, including coordination and facilitation of all consultants, consolidating Four Seasons' feedback, reviewing / supporting renovation budgets

- Delivered substantial room revenue budgets across three Hotels. Continually led the Hotels to achieve challenging goals, while engaging and motivating teams - Preparation and presentation of detailed demand forecasts, analytics and strategic recommendations for three Hotels to senior leadership and Owners- Pivotal to the annual Business Plan and Budget preparations for three Hotels, and presentations of these to multiple stakeholders- Part of the Four Seasons Park Lane pre-opening team, responsible for the implementation and management of the Revenue and Reservations function- Created, implemented and managed the ‘Shared Services' model for Revenue and Reservations for Four Seasons Hampshire and Four Seasons Park Lane- Part of the pre-opening team for Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square, setting up the Revenue function while still maintaining responsibility for the other two hotels- Recruited, trained and managed a team of 14 Reservations Agents to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
