Digital Strategy And Products Manager
Current- Team Management: Leads a team of 20+ professionals responsible for product strategy, design, development, and customer service that delivers a digital product with a net promoter score of 60 (up from 7 in early 2022).
- Results/Outcomes Driven: Drives for key results including achieving a 550% increase in annual revenue and 300% increase in customers in the first two years of the product being commercialized. Achieved these results.
- Strategy Led: Responsible for product vision, where to play / how to win, pricing and offer development.
- Customer Focused: Compiles and evaluates research on the unmet market needs, strategic fit, and customer sentiment.
- Global Commercialization: Responsible for the commercialization of the product globally in 88 different countries. This requires working with international finance and tax departments.
- Executive Leadership: Works closely with executive leadership and to propose new product innovation, new value opportunities, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
