I have utilized Buffer and a Salesforce backend for social media marketing of the company in addition to developing my skills using the Charles Schwab Institutional Intelligent Portfolio platform to become more efficient with the technology. I also helped monitor and manage multi-million dollar portfolio positions and tax loss management to ensure that all profiles were balanced appropriately. Lastly, I organized 1,000+ insights, that were gathered from LinkedIn, through an Excel sheet to systematically tailor marketing strategies and foster client engagement.

Throughout my employment, I would engage with customers in-store and assist with food prep in the kitchen whenever needed. With my promotion, I was honored to take on the role of training some of the new employees and monitoring the online store to make sure that it had the correct information for what we had available to enhance the customer's experience. Additionally, I was in charge of making sure that deliveries would get where they needed to be on time. I was also in charge of coordinating large catering orders serving up to 200 people and making sure the service ran smoothly.

For this role, I was in charge of taking care of a set of 9-year-old twins. I coordinated and managed their schedules to ensure they made it to every playdate, sports practice, and summer camp. I would also communicate with various adults and coaches professionally whenever needed. Also for this role, I had the opportunity to mediate conflict by modeling and encouraging positive communication.

Through this position, I was given the opportunity to grow my leadership skills by monitoring the business and its employees as well as figuring out the most efficient way to store clothes throughout the changes of seasons. I achieved this through utilizing the storage space to its maximum potential and introducing a labelling and ordering system to over 100 boxes of clothes.

During my time coaching a team of 5-6-year-old girls, I would hold bi-weekly practices and coach them at games on the weekends. I would also help them grow their confidence in themselves and their love for the sport by keeping them engaged and helping them learn new chants, dances, and skills. Additionally, I would promote teamwork among the girls and ensure their safety and happiness at every game and practices.
