Assisted in all components of Project and Production Management in commercial scene shop that serves Broadway as well as live events and architectural installations. Developed and implemented daily and ongoing scheduling system using Smartsheet. Responsible for purchasing soft goods and collaborating with draftsmen to source materials. Worked with Production Manager to generate unit lists, shop schedules, and trucking/inventory lists. Communicated with clients to establish delivery schedules and accommodate other production needs.

Administrated four week program pairing middle school students with Yale School of Drama students to write and produce eight short plays. Collaborated with Producing Director to recruit and hire staff of 16, liaised with local school to recruit students, managed payroll and purchasing budgets ($30K total), interfaced with teaching artist and guest artist to develop and implement Daniel Sklar’s Playmaking curriculum.

Cincinnati, Oh

Collaborated with VP for Conferences and Conference Committee to provide all production support and technical design for 1500 seat ballroom venue, including stage, soft goods, truss/rigging, lighting, video/camera and sound packages. Coordinated with technical staff to design and produce four events, including script and video content, equipment rental, staffing of events and load-in/strike with volunteer crew.

New Haven, Ct

Budgeted, drafted, and oversaw construction, installation, and strike of scenic elements with team of three ATDs for a world premiere play. Scenic design relied on intricate mechanical design to support five axes of automation, including a custom installed counterweight assisted/winch-driven line set, a sloat-style wall reveal, and a 38′ by 18′ floor that moved from flat to raked with a diagonal apex. Automation programmed using Hudson Motor Control System with Beckhoff safety interlocks.

Twin Lake, Mi

Maintained four performance venues as well as over 20 rehearsal sites during 11 week camp season. Supported one to four performances/events each day in busy performing arts camp calendar. Supervised crew of six in the set-up and cleaning of rehearsal and performance venues. Collaborated with Camp Director and Program Director to establish protocol and manage expectations of a variety of users.

Organized budgets and logistics for production departments and ancillary events. Collaborated with student and staff department managers on behalf of the Production Manager. Directly participated in productions of a world premiere musical and a new play co-produced with Berkeley Repertory Theatre. Managed and executed a collaboration with Yale School of Music of a new production with orchestra, dancers, and actors that performed at Carnegie Hall.
