• Leadership and comprehensive management of company legal matters and risk-management strategies, including client and vendor contract negotiations, regulatory matters, employment and oversight of compliance programs.• Identification and communication of policy agenda for the company based on research of existing and newly enacted healthcare laws or anticipated business development projects, including pharmaceutical waste management, remote pharmacy and green company practice development.• Development of key relationships with local, state and national partners in business, non-profit, government and other communities. Contribution to the company’s strategic development plan as a senior management member. Supervision of legal and compliance staff, budget oversight.
