Every experience gives you the opportunity to learn about yourself. You--your personality, your attitude--are your most important tool and knowing how that tool functions best is a surefire way to get ahead. "We rarely discuss ‘feelings’ as a group –(some are very comfortable with this, others not so much). As tensions have run high over events that we cannot control, focusing on positive, supportive actions of others was a great way to focus on the positive contributions each brings to the group. It is important to focus on the here and now – and not fret about what is out of your control. This was a great session and helped set the tone for our dinner together, and the discussions the next day.
