Studied in Creative and Cultural Industries, a new honours degree course created by DIT. Completed many modules, most of which were business, marketing and media oriented which gives a broad understanding of various sectors. Modules include:- Human resource management- Business organisation - Marketing - Event management - Project management- Visual Communications- Fundraising and sponsorship

Cleaned hotel bedrooms to reach the 4* standard. Also helped to maintain the common areas for the public and the wedding venue. Worked under constant time restraints therefore I have good time management skills.

Dealt with customers on a day-to-day basis and any queries they had. Laundered customers items. Operated a computerised till, cashed up, open and closed the business when needed.
