Qa Engineer
CurrentProject: CRM system (essentially a web application), integrated with customer's SAP system and ip-telephony system. System provides opportunity for users (users are call center operators) to make phone calls to clients of our customer, to record the result of these calls or the results of any other work with the client, to take orders from the client. Responsibilities:• Carrying out manual testing (functional, usability, acceptance, regression); • analyzing business requirements and technical specifications to develop test cases; • work with Bug Tracking system JIRA ( follow entered defects through lifecycle from creation to resolution); • collaboration with developers in product testing.
