I am presently the Head of Finance (APAC) for John Laing. My focus is on leading the Group Finance, Project Finance management and Compliance.My passion is contributing and investing in the broader community and leading from the front. I thrive utilising my finance knowledge, commercial acumen and experience in trusted organisations where I’m seen as a subject matter expert and am empowered to drive meaningful change. My leadership style is authentic, inclusive, transparent, and honest. I empower my people and give them the space to be able to shine by supporting them and cultivating relationships, which in turn leads to the building of a successful high performing team that are truly engaged in the organisation and a common goal. With 15 years’ financial and management experience across multiple sectors and large-scale infrastructure projects, I bring expertise in strategic financial management and company secretarial knowledge providing lessons learnt from major projects across PPP, RE and civil projects. I have Bachelor qualifications in Accounting, Finance & Management and am a member of Chartered Accountants (ANZ) and Governance Institute of Australia (GiA). I specialise in financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and active management of key talent.
