Project Manager, coordinating a team of 5 contractors, accountable for full life-cycle of some messaging project.Responsible for planning, requirement analysis, analysis, implementation and delivery of: - MMSC/PPG platforms and products (such as Marketing Campaign manager, Legacy Support, Televoting)- SMSC platforms and product (such as Intelligent SMS Proxy, Televoting, DVBH Meneger, Charity, SMS Direct Campaign Management)- IM/CHAT platform and productActivities undertaken until today:- Delivery on field of new MMSC and PPG platforms to implement an MMS campaign flow.- Delivery on field of messaging solution such as Charity, Televoting, DVBH Messenger and so on- Feasibility analysis of new messaging product required by business such as MMS and SMS massive campaign and “SMS concorsi” product which enables ‘3’ customer to participate in contests or other promotional activities.

Responsibilities: - involved in messaging vendors selection as messaging chief architect - in charge for analysing and validating of architectural solutions - coordinating a team of 6 contractors and one employee - responsible for design and localization of messaging platforms - accountable for full life-cycle of messaging projects - leading two international messaging project on behalf of other Hutchison Whampoa affiliatesKey Achievements:- responsible for design and implementation of: .UMMS platforms .Multi-site architecture .
