Communications and Marketing:- Prepare and distribute monthly newsletter on MailChimp.- Maintain and improve upon growing social media presence.- Maintain and expand successful client video stories and photo stories.- Maintain and update Project Citizenship website.- Perform other communications related projects and tasks, as assigned.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with print, radio and television media outlets, both for immigrant outreach and general organization promotion.- Inventory and ordering of marketing and promotional materials.Data Management- Responsible for data tracking and reporting related to grants and post workshop analysis, general database maintenance, and case management.- Maintain Salesforce database and data integrity, including onboard and training of new staff, and management of best practices.- Work collaboratively to update, improve and maintain the database systems and SOPs.Citizenship Services- As a DOJ accredited representative, the Communications and Data Programs Manager will attend interviews as a legal representative for our disabled clients to advocate for the approval of their citizenship case.Supervision- Interview, onboard, train and supervise AmeriCorps service members and interns. - Maintain written and email communications with 36 AmeriCorps members, 16 host site partners, prospective applicants, and over 300 alumni- Supervise 36 AmeriCorps members and 39 attorneys- Gather, track, and update documents and information related to onboarding, exiting, and monitoring the progress of service members throughout the program year- Maintain social media presence on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, create quarterly newsletter on MailChimp and updating ALA-MA website- Develop written materials, including training modules for AmeriCorps members and their onsite supervisors- Manage online time, recruiting, application process, data tracking and reporting systems for members- Assist the Program Director with federal grant compliance- Schedule, prepare, and staff training and team building events in MassachusettsFostering and managing relationships with AmeriCorps members, host site partners,prospective applicants, and alumni, including communications, training, and mentoring;

- Served with Action for Boston Community Development’s Immigration Services team determine client eligibility for U.S. Citizenship and made referrals if necessary- Manage ongoing caseload to file Naturalization and Derivative Citizenship of 122 applications with USCIS as well 10 passport applications- Prepare clients for Naturalization interviews: teach 15 students U.S. Civics course- Interpret at 5 naturalization interview appointments- Assist at 10 Citizenship Clinics: with Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition and Project Citizenship
