• Proactively manage and respond to incoming sales leads via phone, chat, web, and marketing efforts• Qualify for direct sales or close standard level business, putting on upsell schedule, moving quickly through the sales cycle• Make cold-calls, follow up aggressively• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers• Position solution components within the market and differentiate with competition• Ensure that the unique creativity and personality of the company and brand are effectively and consistently reflected • Meet / exceed individual sales and team targets on a consistent basis, maintain weekly forecast and exceed OTE• Work as Account Manager to ensure the value of the product for success, creating enthusiasm while providing total customer satisfaction• Onboard new trials, focusing on stellar account management and retention, establishing and nurturing relationships with small businesses to big brands• Forecasting / Pipeline Management• Develop sales training guide• Interact with all levels of the organization, participating in collaborative assignments within the company
