As the Vice President of the GW Club Golf team, my main responsibilities were communicating information regarding dues, upcoming tournaments, and practices to over 50 members. Additionally, I helped build a sense of camaraderie by leading practices at East Potomac Golf course. Lastly, I co-facilitated logistics for 3 tournaments a semester for 3 years to ensure that each member was qualified and transported to each tournament safely.

Lead a team of 4 undergraduate students in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing recruitment data to ensure a holistic and fair evaluation of over 70 applicants a semester for 2 years. My goal throughout each recruitment cycle was for my team to access real data and learn the basics of data analysis with a focus on recognizing and minimizing the biases that arise. Additionally, I developed a data literacy initiative to support data literacy throughout the organization. This initiative developed a database of online, on-campus, and local resources that students could utilize to learn data analysis, coding, and software like Tableau and Excel.
