My role at Innovate My School was to lead multiple functions of the business. As an integral part of the senior management team, I worked closely with the CEO in ensuring the company delivered its targets and vision as well as being a key player in leading business strategy. As Office Manager I was responsible for all HR administration & ER issues, recruitment of staff, general office administration & managing the high level finance processes. As Events Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the high standard of events were delivered in line with company targets.

Within this role I held sole HR responsibility within the company. My duties included but were not limited to: Managing the care staff appraisal process - Arranged, planned and completed annual appraisals for the whole care staff team. Montitoring staff attendance and implemented absence management policy. Managing the recruitment of care and office staff into the business - responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Updating and monitoring the training plan/strategy of care staff - updated training databases, planned and arranged sessions to ensure each carer attended training updates. Organising & delivering regular staff meetings. Assisting management with general HR staffing issues including disciplinaries & grievances. HR advisory service to staff. Managing all HR administrative duties for the company.
