Dr Kath Hall is an internationally recognised corporate governance expert, researcher and writer. She is also an award winning educator with significant experience teaching and mentoring university students and law graduates. Kath is an internationally recognised researcher on psychology and corporate corruption, foreign bribery regulation and whistleblowing. She has worked with and advised a number of leading international organisations including the United Nations Joint Inspection Unit, International Bar Association Anti-Corruption Committee, Safra Centre for Ethics Harvard University, Anti-Corruption Academy Vienna, and the International Standards Organisation (ISO). Kath has a PhD in Law and Psychology from the Australian National University, and brings a unique understanding of human behaviour into all her work. In 2020, Kath transitioned from her position with the ANU College of Law to expand her work in social justice and women's empowerment. Since 2021 she has been running the governance programs for Women on Boards (WOB) and co-ordinating the activities of WOB in the ACT. In 2022, she joined the Management Committee and Board of the Women's Justice Network and in 2024 she was appointed the Company Secretary.
