90 staff, $60 million budgetLed the technology delivery team providing IT helpdesk, desk side support, network services (voice, video, data, contact centre), security services, access management, messaging and mobility technologies.

Responsible for ensuring ANZ’s network requirements were represented through the RFI, RFP, associated workshops with the potential service providers and appropriate contract schedules (excluding the commercial/legal schedules) and then lead the transition team within ANZ.

Led the team responsible for Network Service Operations, Projects and Architecture for ANZ – data, voice, video. The internal team was based in both Australia and India.

Responsible for delivery of all Network Services in Asia Pacific to both internal EDS and its clients including Australian Tax Office, Australian Customs Services, Bank of Queensland, South Australian Government, General Motors Holden, Ericsson, Integral Energy, Commonwealth Bank Australia, ABN Amro, Westpac Mortgage Centre, Fonterra, Commerce International Merchant Bank (Malaysia).
