Current-Proficiently manages biweekly payroll processing for a diverse team of 200+ Research Staff, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and adherence to hospital payroll policies and procedures-Responsible for the planning and coordination of a bimonthly Research Orientation session, designed to onboard and upskill all existing and incoming staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.-Facilitates a seamless procurement processes by entering orders into the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to legal guidelines mandated for the Ontario public sector.-Leads the coordination of submissions for the quarterly Academics Newsletter, liaising with contributors to gather content. Utilizes strong organizational skills to manage the compilation and layout of the newsletter. Oversees the distribution process to disseminate the newsletter to all Research Staff and Trainees. Fosters collaboration and communication among contributors to showcase the achievements and initiatives of the academic community effectively.Responsible for generating and consolidating the monthly corporate credit card report, compiling comprehensive data on expenditures and transactions. -Oversees the upkeep of the Iron Mountain database, serving as the primary point of contact for file management within the organization. Coordinates the logistics of file shipments and destruction, ensuring seamless transitions while adhering to security protocols and regulatory requirements.-Efficiently coordinates the signature process for invoices and disbursements, ensuring timely approval and payment processing.-Serves as the primary point of contact for Research Staff and Trainees, providing assistance and guidance on inquiries related to operational resources.
