I am a teacher and a learner; always ready to achieve the best possible outcome under the given circumstances. That means: achieving sustainability and coordination with the needs of everyone involved.I have demonstrated this ability in all aspects of my previous roles: As a teamer for project days I recognized quickly where adjustment is needed - and mounted a new, special day together with the team, that is still included in the program. During my internship in the press department I chaired meetings with more than 100 participants and created talking lines everyone was satisfied with. In Fritz Karsen school I accompanied immediately - after my experience as a teacher of a segregated "welcome class" - a project group, that developed an inclusive schooling concept for young refugees. To allocate that knowledge to other schools, this project was documented and published. At my current school I granted responsibility quickly to lead a team together with my colleague for developing a security concept against discrimination and sexual violence, that includes the whole school community. My knowledge, my energy and my drive are exceeding beyond the regular classes, that I hold absolutely reliable with pedagogical and professional skills. I am looking forward for new challenges!
