Since March 2020, I am a Senior Researcher at Eurac Research (March 2020 - September 2022 at the Institute for Minority Rights, from October 2022 - April 2023 at the Center for Advanced Studies, and since May 2023 at the Center for Autonomy Experience). From July 2015 until February 2020, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy and at the Chair of Sociology of Diversity, Technical University of Munich. In April 2020 I've completed my habilitation at the Technical University of Munich with my cumulative habilitation project "Fostering Political Participation, Representation and Well-Being: Why Diversity and Inclusion Governance matters". In December 2022, I was awarded the habilitation prize of the Freunde der TUM e.V. for my research on diversity governance, participation and well-being. I'm also still teaching at TUM as a Privatdozentin (senior lecturer with completed habilitation and venia legendi in Health Sciences). My research is located at the intersection of Political Science and Health Sciences; my main research interest is societal diversity in its various forms (gender, migration, minorities), intersectionality and how participation, inclusion and well-being can be ensured through successful diversity governance. I'm also very interested in how we can establish equal chances to achieve a good and healthy life for diverse groups and make our societies more resilient, and how digitalization and information technology can support us on this path.
Listed skills include European Union Politics, Minority Rights, Civil Society, Social Policy, and 25 others.
