About Katharina Duarte

I work with helping small to large companies in the private and public sector to implement agile methods and improve their way of working with these through:* Training teams and management in agile principles, values and methods through interactive and empowering training sessions* Coaching teams and management throughout implementation* Facilitating meetings and workshops* Coaching individuals on their roleWhat really drives me is my interest in changes and relationships within organizations and teams and how those changes and relationships affect people's work. I seek to break the tabus in the office place, in order for team members to build trust and become stronger and more efficient. When I started working with Agile projects in real life, I got to experience the possibilities and challenges that it gives, and I strongly believe that work agreements and processes cannot be succesful without a healthy work culture that supports them. Throughout my career, I have been a link between different department such as maintenance/development and customers and users. I have a natural flair for being able to communicate with lots of different types of people and on all levels in an organization. I am an ambitious self starter with a sound and infectious energy. I thrive on challenges and responsibilities, and I am independent but cooperative and I am known for being able to acquaint myself with large and complex issues and projects within a short period of time.
