Together with my partner Eleonore Roderfeld, I am in the process of building an exciting startup that aims to take the uniqueness and security of analog signatures to a new and contemporary level. To achieve this, we are adding synthetic DNA to ink - a fascinating medium that can easily keep up with digital possibilities and even exceeds their advantages in various respects!> SIDNATURE - The signature ink with unique DNA. <

I decided to take longer parental leave because it was very important to me to fully care for my children during their first years of life. The parental leave also allowed me to be responsable to a large extent for the values my children are taught.The parental leave was a challenging time during that I* had to grow beyond myself,* always had to look for new approaches and solutions,* built up a great resistance to stress,* put my organizational skills to good use,* was able to intensively train my skills in finding creative compromises,* learned a lot about early childhood psychology and the importance of early education for the whole life of every human being,* trained my communication skills in order to have respectful discussions and find compromises with the different pedagogical approaches of various important contact persons of my children.I am now looking forward to starting my next professional challenge with all the knowledge and skills I have acquired!

As a person with a wide range of interests and a thirst for knowledge, I find it fascinating not only to acquire knowledge from books or other people, but also to generate new knowledge myself. Therefore, as part of my doctoral thesis on psychological factors influencing risky decisions, I enthusiastically developed new questions and designed experiments to analyze the results and ultimately find answers to the questions. With great interest, I immersed myself in psychological areas and methods that were completely new to me at that time.

At Airbus, I had the opportunity to complete an exciting internship in an international and innovative high-tech company. Here I was able to take part in trend and market analyses. I independently conducted a study on culture and mobility in China in order to derive new ideas for aircraft cabin design for the Chinese market. I also worked on interesting projects such as the Cross-Industry Radar and Long-term Concepts.
