Pitching & managing these creative campaigns from start to finish, I was the central link between film clients, media agencies & internal brands. Val Morgan is the leading cinema advertising network in Australia & New Zealand and I pro-actively developed opportunities to attract new clients whilst maintaining existing client spend.Managed a team of Account Managers across a large portfolio of Media Agencies in Sydney, Australia including Mindshare, Mediacom, Maxus, MEC, Hyland, CustoMedia, UM, Ikon, Initiative & Essence Media.Developed strategic responses to client communication needs, secured major campaigns, grew revenue base & lead the team on a day to day basis. I regularly presented ideas to client, media agency & creative agency teams & successfully delivered $30M in business in 3 years.Identified key clients to align with movie releases & worked closely with strategy & buying teams on varied solutions such as cinema activations, movie premiere sponsorships, product sampling & onscreen advertising & cross-platform brand sponsorships across Australia’s largest outdoor cinema group ‘Moonlight'.Responsible for developing & maintaining key media agency and client relationships & negotiating revenue deals.

In my role I undertook the media planning & buying across a number of the agency’s clients including all the Brookfield Multiplex properties, Eckersleys, Australia Square, Scooters Australia & The Oven. Assisted the Director on the day to day running of the media department which included liaising with media owners, digitally & otherwise, to negotiate rates, processing bookings, coordinating artwork with design agencies, presenting media plans & ideas directly to the client.

Planned & bought media on the American Express International account. Time was spent on average 60% planning/40% buying & my position was integral to the instrumentation of Amex’s largest outdoor & radio campaign.Serviced the New York & Sydney based client for media displayed in Australia & was responsible for the day to day account duties, pitching ideas, controlling invoicing & managing the Executive & Assistant.

Developed presentations, creative solutions to briefs & pitched ideas to outdoor specialists & media agencies including Total Media, Target Media & MJ Media agencies.Traded with outdoor specialists & cross sold the entire CBS portfolio of London Underground traditional & digital formats, National Rail, Bus and also the premium Westfield Shopping Centre digital formats.Initial position entailed looking after the companies' premium 'Pearl' portfolio, promoting it both internally and externally across the Posterscope agency group Aegis, Omnicom etc
