As part of the Matsuda European office, I have been supporting the office manager with various tasks: assisting in travel arrangements, processing and properly arranging invoices, preparing customer orders, and supporting the customer service team. With an all-French office team, I have been communicating in French and supporting my interests in the French language and culture. Furthermore, Matusda develops hand-made luxury eyewear and it has been thrilling to learn about the difficulty and beauty of producing this traditional Japanese artisanal product.

Independent Los Angeles-based gallery promoting new, emerging visual artists with individually curated shows every 6-8 weeks. Assisted with pre-show logistics including managing photo shoots for art pieces and coordinating with owners on selecting entertainment aspects for guests. During the shows I played a vital role in tracking guest attendance and gauging interest in art pieces for sale. Results were analyzed for optimizing profits and customer engagement for future shows.

Contributions: met frequently with the Principal to coordinate on and off campus Ambassador activities and act as official student body-administrator liaison; organized and led student volunteers for a variety of events on and off campus; member of the selection team interviewing hundreds of applicants

Contributions include: 200+ hours of community service; with a team of four, created idea for and organized a popular online series of events that invited dynamic speakers to talk about human connections during the pandemic
