I teach the team how to set style trends in Home and Apparel. I partner up with other leads to encourage growth in ones area. I focus on top and bottoms sales to make business decisions. As a Visual Merchandising Leader for Target I focus on areas of Home and Apparel & Accessories to create visual impact areas for our guests and to drive sales for Target Corporation. I help customers get fitted and figure out a solution that helps them find something that works with their foot type. I work with online orders/over the phone and face to face customers. I am a people person and am able to work well with all types of customers.Changed the store front, season changes, signage, planogram.Kept up with the website and social media.
