■ CITY INNOVATIONS | June 2019 - PresentCity Innovations is a team using design thinking and co-creation to bring community mobility challenges to life in cities across North America through City:One Challenges and advisory projects. As the dedicated data scientist, I work to support the business team from pitch to pilot across all cities. While each engagement is centered around a unique focus area, I have developed a dynamic framework for analytics intervention that supports the business team and builds trust with internal and external clients, regardless of circumstance. Throughout each project, I leverage Python and ArcMap to develop compelling reports that seamlessly integrate with qualitative research to tell the story of community mobility. Examples of conducted analyses include clustering to create mobility segments, site selection , and modeling access to jobs and amenities. Each of these analyses leverage public and proprietary data sources that, when combined, uncover novel insights and help guide each engagement towards meaningful pilot solutions.■ CITY INSIGHTS | August 2018 - June 2019City Insights was a software platform designed to bring city planning and management to life through descriptive and predictive analytics. As a data scientist supporting this agile product team, I lead all analytics work from data discovery through production for the micromobility module. Through collaboration with the product owner, product designer, city officials, and micromobility providers, I brought innovative data visualizations to life in QlikView, used Python and PySpark to wrangle new data sources, identified technical requirements, and informed future product vision. Upon completion, the role of the data scientist was transformed from a tangential participant to a critical voice in product creation.

■ CLIENT: TECHNOLOGICAL MATTRESS MANUFACTURER - TEAM ENGAGEMENT MANAGER• Cooperate with a team of 6 analysts to identify the efficacy of appeasements given out by customer service agents to over 2 million unique customers over the last 2 years.• Apply decision tree and linear regression models in R to identify a set of guidelines for distributing appeasements that encourages customer loyalty and minimizes company expenditure.■ CLIENT: MALL OF AMERICA - PREDICTIVE CASE TEAM WINNERPredictive Case• Led a culturally diverse team of 6 to build Support Vector Machine predictive models for determining Nickelodeon Universe ridership predictions 1 year, 2 weeks, and 1 day in advance.• Overall, the predictive process was improved by reducing the annual mean average percentage error by 3.3% and correcting staffing predictions on 21 days. • All findings were presented directly to the client.Exploratory Case• Explored 17M individual ride scans to characterize 5 distinct park visitor behavioral groups using k-prototypes clustering in R. • Presented the value of these customer segments by proposing connecting customer segments to Wi-Fi data and Mall event information to strengthen segment profiles and enhance the overall customer experience.■ CLIENT - PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS - TEAM ENGAGEMENT MANAGER• Collaborated with team of 6 analysts to segment 45K customers with k-means clustering in RapidMiner. • Identified high risk customers and agency branches to ultimately provide actionable recommendations, reducing claim expenditure by $3M .■ ProjectsYelp Review Text Analysis with SparkSpatial Analysis with Python
