I formulated a comprehensive credentialing plan spanning the next two years, mapping out all necessary steps and deadlines to maintain up-to-date credentials for our specialist panel. This forward-thinking approach ensures regulatory compliance well into the future. I also created and manage a master list of specialists, facilitating quick access to vital information such as contact details, birthdays, and administrative notes. Additionally, I developed a specialist email distribution list, enabling efficient dissemination of important updates to the entire panel.I've played a key role in updating content for recruitment and onboarding materials, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and relevance. A notable initiative I spearheaded was the 'share the love' incentive challenge, designed to diversify specialist utilization and foster engagement. This involved creating materials, devising tracking mechanisms, and distributing rewards, resulting in a more equitable distribution of specialist utilization every month.I am deeply involved in various aspects of specialist and nursing support. This includes being on call 24/7 to address specialist issues, assisting with scheduling, and providing resources and re-education to both specialists and nurses. I have also been instrumental in client relations, providing updated bios and specialist profiles for client presentations, and facilitating specialist involvement in case reviews and mock consults for high-profile clients.
