Updated project forecasts in the Project and Portfolio Management Center tool (PPMC) on a monthly basis once actuals had been entered via the automated process set up by the BP Account Billing Team. Attended monthly financial review meetings with the customer in order to assure that finances were being tracked on a frequent basis, to give an up to date picture of the each project’s financial position and to assist in clarifying the figures if needed. Created Manual Billing Forms in order to debit/credit amounts between projects (e.g. when incorrect project booking codes had been used) or write off amounts that were considered as ‘unjustifiable spend’.
