As a student office assistant at the University of Dayton Pre-Health Resource Center, I provide administrative and clerical support to the staff and students. I am also pursuing a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, with an interest in digital media and marketing. I have developed core competencies in communication, organization, and problem-solving, as well as proficiency in various software and platforms.Before joining the Pre-Health Resource Center, I worked as an E-Commerce assistant at Rock N' Rags, an online fashion retailer. There, I managed hundreds of product listings, provided customer support, created and curated content, and fulfilled orders. I also gained valuable retail experience as a sales assistant at Penny's From Heaven, a local boutique. These roles have taught me how to deliver excellent customer service, work with diverse teams, and adapt to changing market trends. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities and to potentially contribute to the success of your organization.
