This solution allows Fifth Third Bank customers the ability to seamlessly automate and manage every aspect of statement and communication generation.Expert AR Remote Deposit Capture is a receivables matching solution that enables Fifth Third Bank customers to remotely capture and reconcile paper payments. • Manage $8.5 million dollar business case to ensure product sustainability and success• Responsible for managing the partnerships between Fifth Third Bank and Expert AR’s supporting Receivables vendors• Maintain and execute against a strategic marketing plan for promotion and positioning of the Expert AR product suite• Direct ownership accountability for Expert AR product roadmaps to ensure a prioritized and timely delivery of competitive, market leading functionality• Regularly perform a profitability analysis to validate pricing strategies• Oversee and aid Fifth Third Bank’s cross functional teams with solution education, internal process definition, external sales support and implementation / post go live escalations
