Key Responsibilities as SKM (now known as Jacobs)- Plan and coordinate all the logistics in the lead up to internal and external events. - Maintain the smooth operations of the office for events, catering and facilities and the duties incorporated in this role. - Financial administration support for the South Eastern Australian region and also support to the facilities team.- People Leadership of catering staff and the day–to–day staffing requirements including time-sheets and performance dialogues and ensuring that all team members have completed ABC online training- Consultant to internal and external clients for planning and coordinating the logistics in the lead up to functions/events, including supplier negotiations, venue coordination and communication with key stakeholders. Complete online ABC requests for guests attending events or functions when required.Key Achievements - Site office transfer of more than 900+ staff - Nationalising the milk and fruit supply with Box Corporate Group for SKM, saving $50K per year- Negotiated contracts with an alternate suppliers regarding the rental and maintenance of products- Developed office manuals for policies and procedures for facilities, reception and catering.- Assisted in developing the Facilities Team SharePoint Site 2010.
