Plan and implement individual and group intervention sessions for kindergarten through students in the Integrated Specialized Supports Program with communication disorders including articulation, social pragmatic, fluency, and expressive-receptive language disorders. Analyze student performance data to update and revise progress notes, create individualized education plans (IEP), attending IEP meetings, participating in ISS interdisciplinary team meetings (OT, PT, school psychologist, classroom teachers, team coordinator).

Worked twenty hours a week under clinical supervisors planning and delivering speech and language based therapy to a diverse range of pedantic and adult patients, updating and revising plan of care documents, writing SOAP notes, and creating intervention activities. Populations included Apraxia, Autism, AAC, Early Intervention, Aphasia, Dysarthria, and PPD.

Planned and implemented individual intervention sessions for three clients aged six, ten and twelve with a variety of communication related disorders including pragmatics and dyslexia. Administered standardized and informal assessments to determine intervention needs and track progress. Collaborated with caregivers in order to maintain and promote family and client-centered care throughout all aspects of intervention. Conducted family meetings to discuss client goals and progress.

Worked with two speech-language pathologists and a developmental specialist during home visits with 0-3-year-old children on administering services using child led play therapy and educating caregivers. Created and filed progress notes related to the services each child received.
