•Assist teacher in the classroom set up and cleanup. •Engage students at the table during class time and when no direct instruction is being given. •Stay alert to students’ behaviors and remain flexible where needed.

•Share the responsibility for implementing the Office of Residence Life's primary goals by promoting individual and community development.•Report to the hall director and work closely with the Office of Residence Life assistant director and director.•Perform a role composed of several components, including peer counselor, advisor, administrator, and programmer.

*Provide quality customer service to visitors and callers, including students, faculty, employers, alumni, andexternal constituents of the University• Answer and route phone calls for each department in the Center and greet/assist visitors with findingcorrect office/campus location• Remain flexible to assist with projects as needed

•Take videos of listed tasks to edit into an online format. •Govern the Kory online content on SAP Litmos classroom to ensure all technical modules, courses, and learning paths are in working order. •Keeping a manageable schedule to support multiple plans as required.

•Unload delivery trucks, receive packages, and stock shelves to provide customers with desired items. •Oversee “Buy Online Pick Up In-Store” orders to collect the requested items to complete the order. •Assist on the register when assistance is needed to upkeep a steady flow at the check-out.

• Communicate with constituents to build rapport, update demographic information, and acquire gifts to the Annual Fund• Serve as an ambassador by establishing an open and engaging line of communication between BW and its supporters
