I was responsible for providing communications and engagement support to internal and external stakeholders including clinicians, patients, visitors, the public and partner organisations. I was responsible for managing the digital and social media channels, producing creative solutions to communicate and showcase the Trust's work and promote key health campaigns.

I assisted the Patient Experience Lead in the management of informal and formal complaints made against the Trust. This involved advising and informing enquirers about how to access the Trust's complaints procedure and explaining the process.
