I'm a senior producer currently with the BBC World Service Business Development Global Partnership team , working on a campaign for the Gates Foundation about WASH [water, santitation and hygience], and Nobel Prize Outreach on pan platform assets about critical thinking. I'm working with production teams in across World Service to deliver content for a digital, social, radio and TV platforms.My previous role was at BBC World Service English, creating compelling content for social media and digital promotion. I was production lead for website, podcast and digital products for over 40 programme teams, and working with teams inside and outside the BBC to reach the widest global audience. I strive for maximum impact, with distinctive content that highlights the best of our network and digital partners. In previous roles, I have created and run social media campaigns for Radio 4, including a day long social experience of James Joyce's Ulysses, and Tolstoy's War and Peace; A History of the World in 100 Objects; and for BBC's 43 local and national radio stations, a celebration of how locations from their areas contributed to the story of World War One. I have collaborated widely and effectively throughout my career. I was the WSE lead for a Wellcome Trust project, commissioning launching and promoting a series of animations on Covid-19 that has achieved over 34 million views. I co-produced A History of the World digital content with the British Musum, I worked with over 40 BBC local and national readio teams and national and local archives, on the BBC's WW1 centenary. I have co-produced projects with high-profile external partners, including the Wellcome Trust, the Imperial War Museum, the British Museum and St James Palace.II have worked as a digital evangelist for over 20 years. I use daily digital trends, search engine optimisation, powerful imagery, concise and hard-hitting text to achieve maximum impact. I have delivered innovative and powerful public service projects, including the WW2 People's War archive of over 42,000 personal stories, a postcode search for over 900 WW1 story modules, and a product rendering over 500 stories related to the history of the slave trade via Google Maps.My training experience includes devising and delivering training for World Service digital in visuals, editorial and SEO. I have delivered the digital modules for Broadcast Journalist courses at the BBC bureaux in Yangon, Myanmar, and Delhi, India.
