Facilitating team development and the implementation of solutions addressing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the pre-acceleration program UNLEASH+. UNLEASH is a global initiative uniting the world’s top talents to share ideas, build networks, and grow solutions to help reach the SDGs.

• Collected and analyzed information with the UNESCO-OECD joint review team to collect and analyze the information relating to cross-cutting issues in the Thai education system; co-authored a chapter on cross-cutting issues in the Thai education system• Summarized available Education for All (EFA) Review Reports and complete Education System Profiles for ten countries• Assisted in the compilation, consolidation, and preparation of analytical reports, papers, PowerPoints, news and website items, and other materials in the area of education policy, planning, management and financing, in particular: (1) regional study on teacher effectiveness; (2) Myanmar Comprehensive Education Sector Review (3) education reforms in Nepal and Bhutan and (4) developing a training module on school financing.

Prepared over thirty abstracts and bibliography to support UNICEF paper on Equity in Education, part of the series of UNCT China Equity Policy Briefs, which provides a discussion of what equity in education means in the China context, why equity in education is important, and recent education challenges in China and undertaken reforms to address the issues.

• Improved the department’s effectiveness for individual child data collection through the development of longitudinal evaluation mechanisms, including report generation and parental feedback• Established differentiated lesson plans to meet the individual needs of children; developed a full range of social development learning activities by planning and organizing classrooms according to the United States Common Core Standards and State of Massachusetts State Standards• Collaborated to implement the first ever school blog, updated weekly with classroom happenings and announcements, which received over 7,000 views from 23 countries in the first month of going live.

• Introduced synthesized evaluation mechanisms as component for the Aim High Academies across New Jersey, summer enrichment programs federally funded through College Access Challenge Grant to better prepare high achieving, low-income and/or first generation students and motivate them to attend college• Identify program tools and policy changes that can be shared with other colleges and universities in New Jersey to start and/or expand programs geared to education enrichment activities for high-achieving, low-income and/or 1st generation students

• Assisted the Dean’s office of the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy to increase prospective student recruitment. Responsibilities included representing Rutgers University in conducting large recruiting presentations, answering e-mails and phone calls, and coordinating and guiding tours

• Created first ever report to review best practices, challenges and policy recommendations for Rutgers University Center for Global Advancement and International Affairs (GAIA) in forming partnerships with institutions overseas in an effort to provide a guideline to for future partnership development and advocate for international relations during the University’s 2014 Strategic Plan

• Evaluated IIE International Academic Partnership Program (IAPP), a one year program to assist universities in forming partnerships in targeted countries, by synthesizing best practices and challenges faced by Rutgers University

• Conceptualized and created a strategic business plan for restricting and reorganization of E3’s subsidiary program, Community Education Resource Network (CERN) forecasted to be implemented in 2013, to become a leading accredited alternative education program in New Jersey• Introduced program meetings with leaders in State education, international, and labor policy arenas to spread the breadth of knowledge and impact of E3: Excellent Education for Everyone • Initiated professional development seminars on topics on women in education and international education
