After my first degree in Construction from the University of South Australia, I joined Arcadis in the same year and promoted as Executive Director in 2016. I started my career and practiced as Quantity Surveyor by background in HK office, I moved to Macau since 2006 for a career opportunity and start with the business development for Arcadis Macau. As an experienced leader, I am currently the Growth Director & City Executive of Greater Bay Area at Arcadis and the Chairlady of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors - Macau Region. Creation of winning strategy and delivering outstanding performance are my key attributions. I also look forward to collaborating more Arcadians and attracting more talents from our different regions and working towards the success for wider opportunities.Being the Chairlady of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors - Macau Region, I am delighted and I believe this can break the bias and provide women a diverse and inclusive in the traditional industry like construction and engineering to drive true innovation and leadership.
