Manage a portfolio of energy products targeted at Synergy’s residential customers, ensuring the achievement of profitability and customer outcomes. Key Objectives & Accountabilities • Build customer loyalty and brand equity by delivering compelling product value propositions that meet customer needs• Drive cost and margin outcomes via a thorough understanding of P&L drivers across the product portfolio• Define and seek approval of winning pricing and promotional strategies that ensure products achieve performance targets• Deep understanding of product performance (financial, customer, operations etc) and ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders critical for product delivery• Make strategic recommendations to improve product performance and/or take advantage of market opportunities• Analyse customer and market research to optimise existing products and identify new product development opportunities• Oversee the delivery of product campaigns and communication strategies• Drive annual product planning with input into budgeting and target setting processes
