I serve as a Senior People Business Partner at Formlabs, supporting Product, Marketing, and G&A. Key stakeholders include the Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Legal Officer – and the 200+ Formlings driving the success of these functions across the globe. Over the course of my tenure, I’ve driven evolutions in our talent strategy as our business grows and changes, supporting both scaling and expansion as well as optimization and efficiency, both by building org-wide programs and by operating at ground level as a coach for leaders, managers, and team members.

- Ran product design process for digital wellbeing solution for $4B health system, synthesizing interview, survey, & secondary research inputs, collaborating across vendors, and presenting recommendations to C-suite- Led firm’s first DEI client project for $50M nonprofit, developing recommendations for transforming hiring, advancement, governance, employee experience, and customer experience in service of mission & business imperatives; client leaders unanimously approved approach & recognized deliverable as the defining report on advancing racial equity in their industry- Drove strategic opportunity development for $7B MedTech company, including assessing viability of new business models and building buy-in for sensitive resource reallocation efforts to fuel future growth - Led internal team op model development efforts, including new approaches for project managers to enhance team communication & trust; designed Innosight’s first people- & team-oriented training module for new hires

- Identified, sized, and developed preliminary business models for new direct-to-consumer growth opportunities for a large healthcare provider
