Project Coordinator - Architectural Services
CurrentA Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for facilitating the successful and timely delivery of a project by managing various administrative and operational tasks. These tasks may include creating and updating project documents, such as schedules, budgets, reports, and contracts. Additionally, a PC must communicate with project team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. It is also the responsibility of the PC to organize and attend project meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, track and report on progress, issues, risks, and changes. Must coordinate and manage resources such as materials, equipment, personnel; while providing support and guidance to team members and resolving any conflicts or problems.PCs need to possess a combination of technical and soft skills to be effective in their role. This includes project management knowledge and experience, organizational and time management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as teamwork and leadership skills.
