Monitors student assistant budget progress for User Services department.Determines interdepartmental allocation of funding for student assistants.Facilitates hiring and onboarding of student assistants and maintains student assistant directory.Fills roles in Circulation and Reference, including opening Circulation department and fielding Reference chat questions.

Supervises student workers and assists with concerns that are either escalated or beyond student
 permissions.
 Fields patron reference questions about all disciplines through online chat function on website.
 Oversees overdue items among faculty and facilitates renewal.
 Communicates with Bursar about lost and replaced item billing and subsequent refunds.
 Covers Circulation Desk during the evening hours, and manages its closing.
 Checks in and out items for circulation, course reserves, and multimedia purposes.
 Retains fluency in programs and software such as Ebsco, Folio, SpringShare, Microsoft Suite, etc.

Covered a variety of classes for teachers absent for illness, quarantine, or personal leave.Worked with the grade 6-8 band classes in individual, small group, and large group capacities.Assisted administration with clerical duties when office was short-staffed.

Assisted with tasks that facilitate the opening and closing of the restaurant.Presented positive and helpful demeanor in wide range of situations to best serve guests. Maintained order of space and personal belongings for most efficient task consolidation. Engaged guests in personal interactions for their most positive experiences.

 Involved in the coordination of the MTSU Contest of Champions.

MUS 1030- Introduction to Music: Organized and scored daily activities and inputed grades for those 100+ students.Collected and graded exams.MUED 4670- Music for the Young Child:Managed attendance and collection of materials necessary for each class period. Co-taught and had primary responsibility over specific assignment instructions and marking.Independently taught full lessons for assistantship supervisor while she was away for professional development. MUED 3310- Woodwind Techniques II:Taught bassoon to music education majors with the intent of proper pedagogical and fundamental knowledge of the instrument.Managed materials and assignments for that portion of the course.MUHL 1610- World of MusicGraded and alphabetized quizzes.
 MUHL 3010- History of Western Art Music I:Taught four independent lectures about Guillaume de Machaut, Thomas Tallis, Giovanni Gabrieli, and Antonio Vivaldi.
 MUHL 3020- History of Western Art Music II: Graded discussion questions on a pass/fail basis.Other responsibilities included: Ensemble Leadership, Conference Organization, Event Coordination

Manned the Listening and Viewing Center Desk, helping patrons with finding pieces and
 corresponding call numbers. 
 Assisted with inventorying, cataloguing, and maintaining the physical items. 
 Researched and compiled lists of materials prevalent to various topics in music performance.
Developed familiarity with bibliographic records.

Organized recruitment meetings with elementary schools to entice rising 6th graders to band.
Coordinated entries to the local Solo and Ensemble festival and guided students to earn Superior
 ratings.
 Conducted the 8th Grade Band at the Tennessee State Concert Festival.
