With over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, I have led and supported various initiatives and projects that enhanced the people experience, improved business efficiencies, and fostered cultural change in the professional services industry. As the Managing Director of Operations at ERES Companies, I established the company's start-up operations and managed HR and operations through its rapid growth and expansion across the USA and abroad.Previously, I served as a Senior Manager and Consultant at PwC, where I provided HR expertise to over 500 employees across the country and spearheaded the HR transformation project for PwC Bermuda. I have also developed and implemented recognition programs, leadership coaching and development, talent management, and workplace well-being strategies for various clients and teams. I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive work environments that enable people to thrive and perform at their best. After a three year career break to care for a family member, I have started my transition back to the workforce and looking for a Generalist HR opportunity to relaunch my career.
