Lead cross functional strategies to improve recruitment, training, and retention efforts for 700-person Clinical Informatics Specialist cohort, navigating early Covid-19 changes and significant labor shortages. Collaborated with leaders across HR, EMR, clinical workflow, IT, expansion, and product development teams.

Projects included helping to launch learning and development cohort programs, analyzing employee engagement survey feedback, and conducting time usage analysis for overscheduled leaders.

Managed a caseload of individual clients presenting with a variety of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. In addition, lead a weekly Eating Disorder support group and a weekly DBT skills training group. Leveraged interventions from internal family systems (IFS) therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed approaches.

Provided Behavioral Health support for patients in a residential Eating Disorder treatment facility. Performed risk assessments, brief check-ins, and managed the milieu, including supporting clients through dissociative episodes and panic attacks. Received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, meal support, and first aid.
