Greeting and checking patients in/out; going over all necessary paperwork, collection of co-payments/deductibles/co-ins, balances etc., at the time of service. Provide patients with initial assessment paperwork, evaluate for completion, and accept electronic forms into the EHR system. Assist providers with TOVA and UDS, collecting results and uploading proper documents. Answering calls and providing patient support with miscellaneous inquires, payment related questions, release requests, etc.

Demonstrates and maintains competence in using small group dynamics, scheduled activities, and the therapeutic milieu to carry out the treatment plan for each patient as part of a patient care team. Monitors vital signs and assists patients with the activities of daily living according to appropriate guidelines and policies and under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse. Completes necessary paperwork used in the daily operation of the program and documents in the medical record objective patient care in a competent manner

Serves customers by scheduling services, managing membership accounts and processing payments. Organizes staffing schedules for other office staff members and provides tennis lessons and assist other instructors with clinics. Maintains membership records and process billings.
